Charges

Tolls, parking and other charges are to be paid by the customer unless otherwise specified.

Additional Charges: A charge of $125.00 per hour or any part thereof will be made for buses leaving destination later than the time specified at the request of the customer. 

Fuel Surcharge: Cavalier Coach Trailways reserves the right at its discretion to add a fuel surcharge to contracted rates. The customer may agree to pay the additional costs or terminate the contract upon notification to Cavalier Coach Trailways.

Casino bonus packages are offered as a promotion by Casinos, and are beyond the control of Cavalier Coach Trailways. They are subject to change without notice.

Schedules and Itineraries

Responsibility for obtaining permits to enter parks of municipalities, where required, is the customer’s unless specified otherwise above.

On overnight trips, Cavalier Coach Trailways requires a detailed itinerary that includes a single room (for the driver),  accompany your deposit. All itineraries are subject to review and approval by Cavalier Coach Trailways.

Cavalier Coach Trailways shall not be liable for delay or non-performance resulting from mechanical failure, road or weather conditions, labor difficulties, or any other causes beyond their control.

The Customer is responsible for notifying Cavalier Coach Trailways at the time of confirmation of the charter contract of any special needs for disabled passenger(s) during the period of service covered by the contract.

Cavalier Coach Trailways reserves the right to substitute equipment and/or subcontract to any other transportation company subject to the conditions of the contract.

Damage, Loss and Liability

Under no circumstances will Cavalier Coach Trailway’s liability exceed the price of the charter.

The customer agrees to pay any additional costs, which Cavalier Coach Trailways may incur to secure the use of equipment to accommodate disabled passenger(s).

Cavalier Coach Trailways does not assume any liability for lost or damaged baggage. Cavalier Coach Trailways is not responsible for any items left on the bus after the group has disembarked the vehicle. Upon arrival at destination, the driver is to secure and park the bus and go off duty.

The customer assumes full liability for any damage to the bus due to the activity of the passengers. Any additional charges incurred by Cavalier Coach Trailways to repair or clean the vehicle due to activities of the passengers will be the full responsibility of the customer.

The customer assumes responsibility for the use of any video or audio playback equipment aboard the vehicle. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, compliance with copyright or public performance rights which may apply to video or audio products used, and full restitution for any damage to equipment resulting from the customer’s use thereof.

The customer is responsible to secure storage of baggage in overhead racks. The customer accepts full responsibility for injury or damage as a result of baggage or items falling from overhead racks.
